All started in april 2021, with brownies cooked by Olivier Gael for his neigbourgh . They wanted to buy and came back to buy more. With the support of the SEBRAE – Rio de Janeiro and the talent of the commercial Paulo Cesar, these brownies became a sucess exploring blue ocean in Rio de Janeiro from Jacarépagua up to Pavuna, but also Paris – France, NYC – USA, Venice – Italy, Panama City – Panama.

OPARA Brasil is allways looking to inovate but at the same time to fit the market.

Founded in Flamengo – Rio de Janeiro, under the name MORRO AZUL Brownies Ltda, in january 2026, the entreprise took the name of OPARA Brasil  in reason of the diversification of the products and services.

Our brasilian offices are now based in Leblon – Rio de Janeiro.

Olivier Gael is the founder and owner of OPARA Brasil Ltda. His international back ground from France, Italy, Switzerland, USA, Cuba gave him strenght knowledge to develop projects and enterprises in specfic contexts such as Brasil.
